Directions:

For pain in the limbs, apply Pain Relief cream directly over the painful area AND apply a finger's width band around the next joint closer to the body from where the pain actually is i.e. apply around the wrist for pain in the fingers and hands-massage well into affected area and the nerves above by using the diagram as a guide. If pain persists, reapply after 15 mins.

Additionally, applying the cream to the nerve roots feeding the painful area enhances the effect and interferes with pain signal transmission on a level closer to the central nervous system. Always massage the cream into the targeted area until no more cream remains visible on the skin surface then enjoy the relief!
